President - Galen Pearcy

Pearcy began serving as President in April of 2013. He has since been re-elected twice (2015, 2019) by unanimous votes at our National Conventions. Previously, he had served as Ozark District Director, World Harvest chair, World Missions Director and nine years as the First Vice President.

Saved at a family altar in Western Oklahoma, Pearcy surrendered to preach and was filled with the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues before finishing High School. His strong Pentecostal heritage began with his maternal great-grandparents who were lay-leaders in the founding of his home church. His paternal grandparents were pioneer ministers serving for over 50 years in ministry. His parents have served in various leadership roles all of their adult lives in the same local congregation.

Pearcy prepared for ministry by earning degrees in Bible (Southwestern Assemblies of God University – Waxahachie, TX), Teacher Education (Southwestern Oklahoma State University – Weatherford, OK), and a Masters in Biblical Literature (Assemblies of God Theological Seminary – Springfield MO). In 2015, Pearcy earned his (Th.D.) Doctorate of Theology in Pneumatology from Great Commission Bible College and Seminary. He has served churches in Missouri, Oklahoma, & Texas. Since 1991, he has served as senior pastor of Radiant Life Church in Bentonville Arkansas.

He is married to his wife Davene, the eldest daughter of Dr. Lester Lowry, an Assemblies of God evangelist and pastor. She is a gifted worship pastor, musician, licensed minister and also an amazing wife and mother. The Pearcy’s have three adult children, all working in the ministry: Tabitha, Joshua and Seth.

By virtue of his office, the president serves as chair of FGEA Executive Board and the National Leadership Team.

In addition to work on international mission boards and other stateside ministry programs, Pearcy has served since 2002 as a Professor of Bible and Theology at Ecclesia Bible College, Springdale, AR. President of Great Commission Bible College since 2017 and Chaplain for the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

vice president - lonny satterfield

In April 2018, we welcomed the newest member of our leadership team, Vice President Lonny Satterfield. Lonny literally grew up in FGEA, first arriving to the baby nursery at Faith Chapel in Wichita, KS and proceeding through adulthood. He grew up attending FGEA youth camping programs in Wyandotte, OK and graduating from FGEA’s Midwest Bible Institute in Houston, TX.

Lonny has previously served FGEA as our National Youth Ministries Director and

Youth Camp Director for the Midwest Youth Camp. He served as youth/associate pastor at Faith Chapel for over 10 years, then traveled in evangelism for nearly four years singing and preaching across our fellowship after recording his first album, “Intimate.” He then founded Calvary’s Rock, a FGEA Member Church in South Wichita, where he continues to serve as Senior Pastor.

Lonny married Chris Henderson in 1978 at Faith Chapel in Wichita, KS and they have three adult children: Josh serves as a pastor in Dallas, TX; Tracy lives and serves in a church in Nashville, TN; and Jordan is a schoolteacher and serves at his home church in Wichita, KS. Lonny and Chris are the proud grandparents of nine amazing grandchildren.

Lonny will serve as both a member of the Executive Board and on the National Leadership Team.

Satterfield says, “I look forward to working with the wonderful people who lead this fellowship and I would invite others to join us in serving the Lord and advancing the Kingdom of God.”
