President - Galen D. Pearcy

Pearcy became President of the association in April 2013, then was elected to a four-year term by unanimous vote at our National Convention in April 2015. Previously, he had served the fellowship as Ozark District Director, World Harvest chair and World Missions Director. From 2004 until 2013, he served as the First Vice President. 

He has served the Lord since his childhood conversion at a family altar in Western Oklahoma; he surrendered to preach at the age of 15 and was filled with the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues on August 14, 1977. He is a fourth generation Pentecostal; his maternal great-grandparents were lay-leaders in the founding of his home church. His paternal grandparents were pioneer ministers serving for over 50 years in ministry. His parents have served in various leadership roles all of their adult lives in the same local congregation. 

Pearcy prepared for ministry by earning degrees in Bible (Southwestern Assemblies of God University – Waxahachie, TX), Teacher Education (Southwestern Oklahoma State University – Weatherford, OK), and a Masters in Biblical Literature (Assemblies of God Theological Seminary – Springfield MO). In 2015, Pearcy earned his Ph.D. in Pneumatology from Great Commission Bible College and Seminary. He has served churches in Missouri, Oklahoma, & Texas. Since 1991, he has been in Bentonville Arkansas, serving a senior pastor of Radiant Life Church. 

Pearcy says, “After salvation, the most important decision was made when I married Davene Lowry in 1988”. She is the eldest daughter of Dr. Lester Lowry, an Assemblies of God evangelist and pastor. She is a gifted worship pastor, musician, and an amazing wife and mother. The Pearcys have three adult children, all working in the ministry: Tabitha is a graduate of Victory Bible College (Tulsa, OK) and Southwestern A/G University (Waxahachie TX). (SAGU is the alma mater of her parents, grandmother and other family members). Tabitha is a licensed FGEA minister and works at the North Texas Assemblies of God District office. Joshua is a graduate of Victory Bible College lives in Midland, TX serving in the Media ministry at Elevate Church. Seth is a Junior at Full Sail University as an online student; he owns and operates a technology service company called Seth Solutions. 

In addition to work on international mission boards and other stateside ministry programs, Pearcy has served since 2002 as a Professor of Bible and Theology at Ecclesia Bible College, Springdale, AR. He has also served as Chaplain with Rogers Police Department and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, for 15 years collectively.

Vice President - Ronnie J. Martin

Ronnie J. Martin has served as FGEA’s Vice-President since April 2006.

At the age of nineteen, Ron accepted his call into full time ministry. During the past forty-nine years, he has served as an Evangelist, Teacher, Mentor, and Pastor as well as Founder and President of Green Tree Ministries, Inc. and continues serving on the Board of Directors of Faith West, Inc.

Ron taught evangelism at the Apostolic Faith Bible College in Baxter Springs, Kansas. Since his marriage in 1970, Ron and his wife Brenda have pastored churches in Missouri, Kansas and Texas along with traveling in ministry, conducting revivals, counseling and assisting in camps and conventions.

In 2010, they began to focus on a ministry towards pastors and their families, endeavoring to help those that give so much of themselves to others. Currently, when he is not traveling, Ron serves at Faith West Academy as Director of Facilities.

The Martins have three children and three grandchildren, Erran and David (Isaac and Faith), Coy, Kyle and Olivia (Mason).  

Secretary/Treasurer - Jeff Odom

Jeff is blessed to be married to Melissa for 30 years with 3 great young men of God: Taylor (23), Andrew (20), and Joel (10).

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Agriculture. He received teacher certification and taught Jr. High science for 7 1/2 years at Gravette Middle School in Gravette, Arkansas before teaching English in Japan for 1 year then returning home.

After serving nearly 20 years as an Associate Pastor under Bill Rogers at Word of Life Fellowship in northwest Arkansas, Jeff and his family were sent by the Holy Spirit to Sanctuary of Hope in Fouke, Arkansas (SWA). They have been pastoring there for 1 1/2 years.

For Jeff, it is such an honor to serve FGEA in the capacity of Secretary/Treasurer alongside two great men of God.
